Macadamia Nut Pancakes

Important news: we made some of the best pancakes we’ve ever had. The fluffy clouds from heaven were macadamia nut pancakes with coconut butter, bananas, and peanut butter. They may not have been from scratch (don’t judge us too harshly!), but they were unbelievably good, thanks to a few things:

1. Kona Coast Macadamia Nut Pancake and Waffle Mix

We were a little dubious when we bought this mix, but it boasts nice chunks of macadamia and a nice nutty flavor.

2. Liko Lehua Coconut Flavored Butter

We got this godsend at the LA Farmer’s Market, but you can find it here for a steal. While it was made to melt over macadamia pancakes, we slather this beauty on everything: waffles, toast, ice cream, etc.

3. Real Maple Syrup

We often buy Spring Tree because it’s typically the least expensive, but you’d be surprised the difference real maple syrup makes in your pancake creation. Extra points for heating it up.

If you wanna get crazy (and we always do), add some bananas and peanut butter and let all the flavors party on your tongue.
