Halloween Party Details

On October 27, 2012 the Nay-Walton household transformed into a creepy crawly Halloween hovel, complete with cobwebs, skulls, pumpkins, and tasteful blood accents for our annual Halloween bash. We made cake pops, taco soup, witches’ brew, bloodbath punch, and friends brought apples with dip, Halloween donuts, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, and other goodies. We cranked the Oingo Boingo and basked in the company of our delightful friends.

A Very Geeky Wedding

I’ve been a slacker about the blog, mostly because right after Comic-Con I married my best friend and ran away on a honeymoon. But I wanted to share some of the details from our geeky wedding reception. It was everything I hoped it would be and more: casual, fun, and completely suited to our personalities.

Comic-Con 2011: Thursday

A museum dedicated to the superhero awesomeness of Conan O’Brien.
Went to a party hosted by Robert Rodriguez. Hung out with Grant Morrison and Paul Shearer, and met some industry peeps. When we walked in, I could not stop freaking out. The place was garnished with original Frank Frazetta paintings. Unreal. Open bar. Fantastic catering. Best. Night. Ever.
